By booking an appointment with Faded Dynasty Mobile Barbering, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Client Responsibility and Health Disclosure
Clients are responsible for clearly communicating their desired style before the service begins. Reference photos are welcome. Minor adjustments can be made during the appointment where possible, however no refunds are provided once the service has been completed.
Service Consultation and Satisfaction

Mobile Service Environment
Clients must provide a safe and suitable space for mobile services including adequate lighting, a clean and flat working area, and safe access to the location. Faded Dynasty reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable.
Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during the appointment. Faded Dynasty is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
Children and Supervision
Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times during their service. Faded Dynasty is not responsible for injuries caused by sudden movement or lack of supervision.
Behaviour and Hygiene
Clients must maintain appropriate hygiene and respectful behaviour. Faded Dynasty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct.
Results Disclaimer
While every effort is made to achieve the desired style, exact replication of reference images cannot be guaranteed.
Liability
All services are provided at the client’s own risk. Faded Dynasty Mobile Barbering is not liable for allergic reactions, skin irritation, pre existing conditions, or injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions during the service.
Bookings
Appointments must be made through our website, booking system, or direct communication. Booking confirmation is subject to availability.
Cancellations and No Shows
Notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in loss of deposit and refusal of future bookings.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and may change without notice. Prices may vary depending on service type, location, and travel distance.
Mobile Service Access
Clients must provide accurate address details and ensure safe access to the service location. Delays caused by incorrect information may reduce the allocated appointment time.
Refusal of Service
